Customer Service Representative
Our growing orthopedic medical device company is seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of experience. The candidate will accurately process orders by phone, fax, and email, provide verbal and written quotes, product information, and availability. The candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a resource for our customers in a courteous manner, and work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within our organization. The candidate will have the ability to identify customer needs and maintain and support a quality customer service philosophy. Hours are M-F, 9-5 with a working lunch and two ten-minute breaks. Monthly bonus after 6 months. Must pass drug and background test. Email or fax resume and cover letter to VP of HR.
