Seeking Experienced Customer Service Representative to help guests place orders by phone for fresh, Handmade Southern Candies in a fun call center for the busy holiday season.  All Customer Service Representatives will answer phones, take orders and accurately enter data into database. Representatives will also answer questions and resolve concerns for guests with the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, patience, empathy and compassion as part of the company standard of 100% guest satisfaction.
