Finger and Associates Plastic Surgery is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist
Full time position
Summary
We are looking for candidates with excellent people skills. This person must be pleasant, organized, respectful and a team player. Must be self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Possess the ability to relate and work well with patients, peers, and supervisors
Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Computer experience a must, including MS office Excel and Word
Prior medical office experience helpful
High School Diploma required
Job Duties
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Collecting payments
Checking patients in and out and posting daily charges.
Additional duties could be assigned.
