Must have ability to:

Handle heavy phone call volume

Strong people and computer skills

Critical thinking skills

Experience with Microsoft is necessary

Ability to handle high pressure environment and working with diverse individuals

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Shipping experience is a plus

1-year heavy call volume

Dispatcher experience preferred
